Strengths for Individuals Accelerator Day
Translate your natural talents into an intentional leadership framework.
Most assessment workshops hand you a report, walk through generic definitions, and leave you to figure out what to do next. This session is built differently. In a focused intensive, we move beyond basic awareness to help you name, claim, and aim your unique talents at your actual daily workload. You will leave with a personal, concrete working framework - not just a list of five words.

What's unique about our approach
Process mapping works differently depending on how you do it, and we treat that as a real choice, not a formatting preference. LEGO® Serious Play® gives your team a way to externalize things that are hard to say out loud directly, like where a handoff actually breaks down, or which step everyone privately routes around because it doesn't work, and because everyone builds their own piece of the model, the conversation includes perspectives that a purely verbal discussion tends to lose to whoever talks first or loudest. Traditional whiteboarding gets your team to many of the same insights through a format they may already be comfortable with, with no physical materials required.
This is human-centered design applied to internal systems rather than external products: starting from how the process actually gets used, by the people who actually use it, rather than how it was originally documented or intended. We don't believe a redesigned process sticks just because someone wrote it down and circulated it. It sticks because the people who'll use it built it themselves, tested it in the room, and left with real alignment on why it should work differently now.

FAQ
Do participants need to take the assessment before the session?
Yes. We coordinate the online CliftonStrengths assessment codes in advance to ensure everyone has time for initial self-reflection before arriving.
How is this different from reading a Gallup report on my own?
Gallup reports provide data; this session provides application. We facilitate structured exercises that translate static descriptions into a personal operating framework, helping you address friction points and actual work initiatives.
What if someone took CliftonStrengths years ago?
CliftonStrengths results remain remarkably stable over time. Unless a major life shift has occurred, previous results are fully usable. Most changes simply shuffle themes within a person's dominant Top 10.
Can this session scale to a broader team or organization?
Absolutely. While this page highlights the individual leadership framework, organizations frequently run entire departments through this session or pair it with our CliftonStrengths for Teams session.
What impacts the pricing of a CliftonStrengths for Individuals Accelerator Day?
For CliftonStrengths for Individuals Accelerator Days specifically there is a $40 per person cost for assessment and materials.
