Confidential, high-impact coaching for senior leaders.

Senior leaders carry a particular set of pressures: moving strategy forward, working within organizational politics, leading people through change, and making decisions that affect the whole organization. Few of them have a confidential place to test ideas, think through a difficult relationship, or reflect on how they lead.

Individual Executive Coaching gives you that place. Your coach is matched to your goals and preferred coaching style, and the work draws on established coaching practice and validated assessments, so the time you spend together goes toward the leadership challenges you are facing now.

Focus Areas

Every coaching relationship is built around the individual leader, and most engagements focus on one or more of these areas:

  • Executive Onboarding & Role Transitions

Building credibility and momentum in your first months in a new role and setting the boundaries you will need to sustain it.

  • Executive Presence & Professional Brand

Strengthening how you show up with senior peers, communicating complex strategy clearly, and defining the professional brand you want to be known for.

  • Navigating Organizational Friction

Working through interpersonal conflict, managing up and across, and leading teams through uncertainty or restructuring.

  • Personal Operating Strategy

Looking closely at how you spend your time and energy and how you make decisions, so you can avoid burnout and focus on the priorities that matter most.

Assessments We Use

We do not rely on generic management advice. Most engagements begin with one or more validated assessments that give you and your coach a clear baseline:

Leadership Versatility Index (LVI)

A 360-degree assessment that gathers feedback from your manager, peers, direct reports, and other colleagues on your balance between forceful and enabling leadership and between strategic and operational leadership. A certified facilitator walks you through the results in a 90-minute debrief.

  • CliftonStrengths®

Working with your top five and full 34 themes to match your workload to your natural talents and notice when a strength is being overused.

  • Enneagram

Exploring your core motivations, communication style, and how you respond under stress.

We also work with DiSC®, Working Genius, and the MBTI®, and we are happy to use an assessment your organization already relies on.

How the Engagement Works

Individual Executive Coaching engagements typically run six to twelve months:

  1. Discovery & Baseline Assessment

Reviewing your background and context, completing selected assessments, and setting clear coaching goals.

  2. Virtual Coaching Sessions

50-minute private sessions focused on current challenges, decisions, and progress toward your goals. Sessions are often more frequent early on, and you can reach your coach by text between sessions when something urgent comes up. Our senior executive coaching packages have no session limits, and you can reach your coach between meetings when an urgent issue comes up, so your support keeps pace with your work.

  3. Between-Session Practice

Applying frameworks, conversation plans, and new habits in real meetings and projects.

  4. Progress Review & Growth Plan

Reviewing changes in how you lead, gathering feedback, and setting a plan for continued development.
