These Terms of Service govern your use of tdotf.com (the “Site”), operated by Transform Forward LLC, doing business as transform.forward (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes the consulting, coaching, training, and facilitation services we offer. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These terms do not create a client relationship, and if these terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Blog posts, toolkits, guides, and other content on the Site are general information. They are not professional advice for your specific organization or situation, and you should use your own judgment when applying them.

Our Content and How You May Use It

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, videos, frameworks, toolkits, guides, and our name and logos, is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. lead.forward, StrengthsWork, and our other program names and frameworks are our intellectual property.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own use. You may use our free downloadable resources, such as our toolkits and guides, within your own organization, including sharing them with your team, as long as you keep our name and any copyright notices on them.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• sell, license, or charge others for our content;
• remove our name or copyright notices, or present our content, frameworks, or materials as your own;
• use our content to create competing products, programs, or training materials; or
• republish substantial portions of our content on another website or platform.

You are welcome to link to any page on the Site and to quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• submit false information or impersonate another person or organization through our forms;
• use the Site or our forms to send spam or unsolicited advertising;

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
