Why transform.forward?

The term transform.forward (or t.f) stems from game design and coding concepts. It refers to the direction an object is facing in a computer program. A "transform" stores information about an object's position, size, or angle. The "transform.forward" is a special part of the transform that shows which direction the object is moving. Similar to this coding concept, we help organizations understand themselves so they can move in a forward trajectory.

He is an innovative, data-driven strategic executive focused on continual improvement to accelerate personal and organizational growth. He is an experienced organizational leader with over 20 years of experience in change management, strategic planning, people management, program development, organizational growth, operational improvement, and storytelling. Dr. Cebulski has consistently made an impact through leadership, relationship-building, and strategy for organizations of all types – from large educational institutions with established processes to high-growth technology startups.
