When you use our Service, we may ask you for personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include your email address, first and last name, phone number, organization and job title, and any other information you choose to include when you submit a form, send a message through our live chat, or email us. We also collect Usage Data.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service you visit, the time and date of your visit, how long you spend on those pages, the page or site that referred you, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
If you access the Service on a mobile device, we may also collect the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique ID and IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use cookies and similar Tracking Technologies to understand how visitors use our Service, to run the features of the Website, and to manage our relationships with people who contact us. The Tracking Technologies currently installed on our Website are listed below by provider. Some of these providers set cookies under their own names and process data under their own privacy policies, which we link to so you can review them.
HubSpot
We use HubSpot, Inc. as our customer relationship management and marketing platform. The HubSpot tracking code (loaded from js.hs-scripts.com and related HubSpot domains, including hs-analytics.net, hs-banner.com, hscollectedforms.net, and usemessages.com) sets cookies that record the pages you visit, how often you return, and the source of your visit. If you submit a form or start a chat with us, HubSpot links that browsing activity to the contact information you provide. On our Website, HubSpot provides four functions: website analytics; the cookie consent banner that records your cookie choices; form collection, which captures information you submit through forms on our Website; and the live chat widget, which stores your conversation history so you can continue a conversation across pages and visits. HubSpot's privacy policy is available at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, loaded through the Google tag (gtag.js) from googletagmanager.com. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your approximate location based on your IP address, and how you arrived at our Website. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and Google's explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Squarespace
Our Website is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. Squarespace sets cookies that are necessary for the Website to function and secure, and it collects Usage Data so we can view site analytics such as visits, traffic sources, and popular pages. Squarespace's privacy policy is available at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.
Adobe Fonts
We use Adobe Fonts (formerly Typekit), a service of Adobe Inc., to display typefaces on our Website. When a page loads, your browser requests fonts from use.typekit.net, which gives Adobe your IP address, browser information, and the page you are viewing. Adobe uses this information to deliver fonts and to calculate font usage for licensing. Adobe's privacy policy is available at https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policy.html.
Elfsight
We use Elfsight, LLC to provide embedded website widgets. The Elfsight platform script (loaded from static.elfsight.com) may collect your IP address and technical information about your browser and device so it can display widget content. Elfsight's privacy policy is available at https://elfsight.com/privacy-policy/.
Types of cookies we use
Cookies can be "persistent" or "session" cookies. Persistent cookies stay on your device after you go offline. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. We use both, for these purposes:
Necessary cookies are set by Squarespace and HubSpot. They are required for the Website to load, stay secure, and remember your cookie consent choice.
Functionality cookies are set by HubSpot. They let the live chat widget remember your conversation and support other features you use.
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Squarespace. They help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it.
Your choices
When you first visit our Website, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for tdotf.com in your browser, which will bring the banner back on your next visit. You can also set most browsers to refuse all cookies or to alert you when a cookie is being sent. If you refuse cookies, some parts of the Website, such as the live chat, may not work properly. You can also use the opt-out tools that the providers above offer.

With your consent, for any other purpose.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will keep your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy. We will keep and use your Personal Data as needed to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if applicable law requires us to keep it), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.
The Company will also keep Usage Data for internal analysis. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period, unless it is used to strengthen security or improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally required to keep it longer.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and anywhere else the parties involved in processing are located. This means it may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Several of the Service Providers named above process data in the United States.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of information, represents your agreement to that transfer. The Company will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and will not transfer your Personal Data to an organization or country unless adequate controls are in place, including for the security of your data and other personal information.
Access, Correction, and Deletion of Your Personal Data
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the Personal Data we have collected about you. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to keep certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will give notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Law Enforcement
In certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as a court or government agency.
Other Legal Requirements
The Company may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to remove it from our records.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to websites we do not operate. If you click a third-party link, you will be taken to that site. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we add or remove Tracking Technologies. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will also post a prominent notice on our Website before the change takes effect. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
