Dr. Kennedy Musyoka
Research Intern
Dr. Kennedy Muema Musyoka is an interdisciplinary educator, scholar, and researcher with over 15 years of experience across the nonprofit, community, academic, and for-profit sectors. He recently earned a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership from James Madison University. He also holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management from the United States International University (USIU)–Africa and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kenyatta University in Kenya. Additionally, he is a recipient of a scholarship from the Global School in Empirical Research Methods (GSERM) at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
His areas of expertise include strategic planning, leadership development, organizational behavior and change management, stakeholder engagement, business analytics, and consulting. As a mixed methods researcher, Dr. Musyoka’s scholarly interests focus on organizational financial sustainability. His work bridges theory and practice, supporting leaders and organizations in building capacity and driving mission-centered impact.
